Products and website information
We aim to display accurate product images, descriptions, variations and prices. Images may differ slightly in appearance due to lighting or screen settings, but material characteristics will not knowingly be misrepresented. If you need clarification about size, material or availability, please ask before confirming an order.
WhatsApp pre-order process
Selecting “Pre-Order via WhatsApp” opens a prepared message for your review. Sending this message is an enquiry, not an automatic purchase or payment. GLIMRA will check the request and provide a final order summary showing the items, total price, delivery charge, delivery estimate, payment arrangements and relevant cancellation terms. A binding order is formed only when the agreed details are expressly accepted by GLIMRA and the customer.
Pricing and payment
Unless stated otherwise, displayed prices are in LKR. Any shipping or other applicable charges will be disclosed before confirmation. Payment options are supplied directly by GLIMRA at confirmation, and no payment method should be assumed from the website until communicated. Any proposed change to a quoted amount requires your agreement before the order proceeds.
Fulfilment, changes and refunds
Pre-orders are subject to supplier availability and the delivery estimate provided for your order. Shipping, delivery issues, changes, cancellations and refunds are handled under our Shipping & Delivery, Pre-Order, and Returns & Cancellations policies. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
Acceptable website use
You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, submit fraudulent order information or attempt unauthorised access to any service or account. We may restrict abusive or suspicious activity where reasonably necessary.
Intellectual property and external services
Website copy, branding, photographs and designs are owned by GLIMRA or used with permission, unless otherwise stated. External services, including WhatsApp, may have their own terms and privacy rules. We are not responsible for third-party service practices outside our control, except as required by applicable law.

We may update these terms by publishing a revised version on our website. Terms applicable to a confirmed order will not be changed retroactively without agreement or legal justification.
